Refund policy

We respect your consumer rights and, in accordance with Article 19, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act, provide you with a special right of withdrawal for online shopping. Within 7 days of receiving the product, you may cancel the contract and receive a refund without providing any reason or incurring any fees. However, the following exceptions apply:

  1. Cases where a return is not allowed by law.
  2. Products that have been unsealed, used, or visibly damaged.
  3. Products that are personal hygiene items or perishable goods.
  4. Products that are customized or made to order.
  5. Other products that are not applicable for the right of withdrawal as announced by the competent authority or specified by law.
  6. Products exceeding 7 days from the date of purchase.
  7. Items including but not limited to gifts, gift cards, points, certain health and personal care products, downloadable books, software, and videos.

Return and Exchange Conditions

If you need to return or exchange a product, please comply with the following conditions:

  1. The product must be restored to its original state (restored to the original state when the product arrived).
  2. Maintain complete packaging (including the product itself, accessories, gifts, warranty card, original packaging, accompanying documents, and the integrity of the packing materials in the box). Do not miss any accessories or damage the original packaging.
  3. If any part of the product, packaging, or outer box is incomplete or damaged, the manufacturer will charge a refurbishment fee (≥30% of the sale price). If the product is severely damaged and cannot be refurbished, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

Violation of the above conditions will result in the inability to return or exchange the product or a charge of ≥30% of the sale price as compensation for damages.

Please ensure that the product specifications support your equipment. Once connected and used, the warranty period will begin, and the product cannot be returned or exchanged.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any product not in its original condition, including damage or missing parts not due to our error.

 

 

Definition of "Receipt of Goods"

"Receipt of Goods" refers to the date the consumer or their designated person actually receives the product.

Definition of "7 Days"

"7 days" refers to the period from the day after the consumer or their designated person receives the product, starting from midnight to the 7th day at 24:00.

Definition of "Without Reason or Fees"

"Without reason or fees" means that during the appreciation period, the consumer can cancel the contract without providing a reason or paying any breach of contract fees, interest, handling fees, or other monetary obligations. However, necessary expenses such as shipping and storage incurred due to contract cancellation are still borne by the consumer.

Definition of "Return Not Allowed by Law"

"Return not allowed by law" refers to situations where, according to Article 19, Paragraph 2 of the Consumer Protection Act and announcements by the competent authority, the special right of withdrawal does not apply.
